The 100 Famous Waters Tour: 100 Famous Waters Selected by the Ministry of the Environment
The 100 Famous Waters are 100 springs and rivers selected in 1985 by the Environment Agency (now the Ministry of the Environment) from excellent water environments nationwide (this is a different selection from the Heisei Hyakusen Meisui in 2008). We have compiled the 100 famous waters scattered across the country by region.
